First long distance drive with our 3 month old expedition max platinum. First the horn stops working, then the ford synch 3 Bluetooth cuts in and out and now the back latch on the trunk rattles non stop. 9000 miles on it.

Reset the sync system make sure nothing is caught in the latch. I find it hard to believe the horn is broken but it's under warranty take it to the dealer

Yup, I get it. Bought a car decades ago late on July 3rd. It was in the shop July 5th for two weeks due to electrical issues. Would have been July 4th, but they were closed. It was a real POS.

It's a shame, and really sours you. Hopefully, it'll get fixed and he'll have a warm fuzzy again.

Hehe... love it when you see the ones where... I have a 12 year old car, things stopped working, what shall I do??... Uh, pay to fix it, or trade up. 8)

Yes, a warranty is there in case of bad things happening... yes it's a PITA , but be glad you have the warranty. 8)

I feel you pro. it is really disappointing to have to take a brand new car to a dealer to fix stuff.
we are buying new cars to avoid this hassle!

all the best in getting them repaired in time.
