Please add a hole to route USB cables to allow closing the lid to have a cleaner looks. This looks very eye sore... Still need to figure where to drill a hole and reroute the cables and what I need to disassemble. [emoji2959]a12ff7683818ba8d035ae1128213bc35.jpg

The 5.0L V8/ 10 speed in the F-150 has a been a home run. People love it as it’s fast as lighting and returns good mileage. It would fit the Expedition like a glove, and create a whole new group of buyers.

Sales numbers dictate something different. The 2.7 rules the land in F150 sales, and for good reason.

Yea the 4.6L 2V ruled F-150 sales too and it was a turd, Ford pushed it just like the 2.7 and gives the most incentives on the cheap engine.

I have personally owned one and I can tell you that after owning Hemis for the past 10 years the 2.7 is nothing short of an engineering miracle. Unreal what that motor is capable of, especially mated to a 10 speed and 3.73’s. It’s a number one seller for a reason, it competes with motors double the displacement and gets 20mpg while doing it. Hell, take a look at 1/4 mile times. Gives the 3.5 ECO and the 5.0 a run for their money! Hardly cheap.

The largest incentives are by trim, not engine FYI. The 2.7 carries an additional cost to the trim.

If it could do 26mpg hwy or better in the expy while also droppin the price a cpl grand, id take it in a heartbeat.

2.7l/2.3l v6 std xlt & ltd 300/301 (xlt sp-$49k, ltd sp-$59k)
4.8 v8 opt xlt, ltd, plat(no cost opt)
3.5l v6 std ltd 302 & kr, opt xlt & ltd($2k opt, lower pkg price by $1.5k)
Ho 3.5l v6 std plat

Guarantee sales balloon. More quality issues though. The expy quality is startin to suffer becuz demands too high
