If the truck has a lot of miles on it and you don't know for sure if the O2 sensors have been changed before, just go ahead and change them all. They should be changed out at around 100K miles even with no code. They get less efficient as they get older. I just changed all four on mine. About $30 each at RockAuto. There should be two upstream and two downstream.

RockAuto parts listings has Upstream Left (driver's side) as Bank 2 Sensor 1 and Upstream Right as Bank 1 Sensor 1. Downstream Left is Bank 2 Sensor 2, Downstream Right is Bank 1 Sensor 2. I often look things up at RockAuto then compare their price with the local Advance or AutoZone through their on-line sites. Sometimes I can get parts at about the same price at the local store when you add shipping, sometimes RockAuto is much cheaper even with shipping. Then again sometimes I order from RA simply because it's convenient and I can wait a few days for the part(s).
