I've been googling and scouring the forum for weeks and have only seen a couple of threads, and only related to F150's and their solutions haven't worked for me.

About a month ago my 07 Limited stopped allowing me to manually activate any of the interior lights individually. They all work as courtesy lights when I unlock or open the doors and when I turn the dimmer switch to on they all activate like normal. I can even manually press and turn off and on the individual lights when they are on, but they refuse to turn on manually if the lights are off.

I've swapped out the #9 interior light fuse, and the #10 backlighting fuse even though they were good. All the interior lights have been replaced with LED's except the 2 front map lights for over a year without issues, and I even tried going back to traditional incandescent bulbs but the problem persists. This is a recent problem that I cannot figure out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated as this is becoming aggravating since I do a lot of work in my truck at night and having the entire interior illuminated is too much and why I didn't upgrade the front map lights to LED due to excessive brightness.

Get rid of all LEDs take it back to all stock the way it was designed?

Oops sorry ... Already made the change back to stock

I seem to hear a lot of anecdotal evidence that things don't work right after going to LED replacements. I'm not surprised. Maybe the control circuit is compromised now. I dunno just possible. As an electrical engineer I think it's risky to change components in a system without understanding the whole system.
