Looking for light bar options for my 2010 XLT. Would be mounting it in, or behind the grille. Wondering what size would fit, and how it all went together.
Came back from a road trip last night, the stock headlights are terrible, I even have PIAA Night-Tech bulbs in there. It's time to make a change, I'll be looking at LED headlight bulbs as well.
Thanks!

Have you looked into a projector retrofit?

No I haven't yet. Not wanting to spend hundreds of dollars. I know that LED's aren't ideal in a reflector housing but it's all I've got to work with.

I would love to hear from whomever used these brackets. That seems to be my best option!

FYI, Rough Country makes these as well. I have a set here, but have not had time to work on that project.

Do you know if they fit the expedition frame? or do you have to modify? thanks!

I haven't had time to pull the bumper to look. My thought is that the worst case scenario would involve a piece of steel from Home Depot/Lowe's to make it work.
