hi i have 20s on right now but i was wondering if it is possible to put 22s on with out modifying suspension

No mods necessary except adjusting the computer I believe if your overall diameter is changing. Easily done with Forscan. Here's mine with factory 22s.

Overall tire diameter is the same for the OEM-spec R18, R20, and R22 tires. The R22's are low-profile and will give you a harsher ride. Ford only put them on trucks equipped with CCD suspension.

I have 22" pn mine with 305 40 22 tire no rubbing issues whatsoever but having the larger RIM will give you rougher ride I personally don't mind it. its not that much of drastic change from factory 20
