I like the ACC a lot, I use it every day since I travel for work and dislike is the odd Apple car-play interface which it keeps reverting my audio back to AM from Sirus when it's plugged/unplugged.

You might make sure you’re running the most current version of Sync and iOS13. Mine used to do the AM thing, but no longer does.

I have Sync 3.0 and iOS 13.3 with the iPhone 11 Pro Max. Maybe it’s time for Sync 3.4.
