So I noticed this weekend that once I installed the FX4 front skid plate that it completely blocked access to the oil filter from below unless I remove this skid plate EVERY time I change oil. Has anyone else came up with a good way to get around this?
I ended up saying f-it, I'm not removing that skid plate, so I reached in from the top and reached behind the radiator and swapped the filter from the top. I will say that I scratched my arms up from wrist to armpit, but I did get it done! .
Any better solutions?
The FX4 skid plate I installed blocks the huge gap in front of the engine and right behind the radiator.
