2021 Escalade pics

I think it actually looks worse vs the last gen, especially the front.

The interior is excellent (there are now a lot of pics available all over the web). Other than the monstrosity that is the new Tahoe/Suburban, GM did a great job with this new version.

And the Escalade will have SuperCruise.

Exterior is not so great ... I do think the interior is going to be very solid and the space it makes especially in rear cargo area on both long and short versions make it tougher to compete with overall.

Yup, exterior seems like a step back, perhaps even being outdone by the GMC counterpart. Interior of course is another story. The OLED displays will be the the centerpiece of it.

Exactly. It’s just ugly. The grill looks out of position. The main attention-grabbing feature of previous gen Caddy’s were the iconic, dramatic headlights and grill (and to a lesser degree, the taillights). Now? Not so much. Looks like any other fugly GM product.

Very disappointing. Had it not been for the last gen Caddy’s horrible third row seating, and atrocious reliability record on major items, I probably would have ended up with one of those instead of my Platinum Expy. I loved the look and the big V-8.

This new one? Ugh.

I know many will buy it just because it’s the Caddy. And others will just out of GM loyalty. But, c’mon, GM... who the #%?! do you have sketching your new truck and SUV designs?!!

They are hideous! Are you blind? Have you just run out of ideas? My 11 year old son should be on your hire list. He sketches new designs I would buy tomorrow. smh.

They will be offering the 3 liter diesel as a powertrain option as well which seems weird for the Escalade. Makes more sense in the Tahoe/Suburban/Yukon since they will likely see more towing duty than the Escalade. 6.2 is the gas option but no 5.3.

Yuck on the exterior. It almost reminds me of a foreign mini van now

Man I can't get past those puny headlights and the huge swath of empty space right below them. Things up front overall are a big mess and very disproportional vs the last gen.

That big chrome grill looks bad. Go buy the Chevy. The black grill of the "sport" looks better and the profile isn't bad. I do like the taillights. Still, I'd go buy a Navi or Expy. Again, I used to be a GM guy..for years! Now I drive a Ford....first new one in 30 years!!! What does that say? I love my Expy! These big (GM) grills are horrible.
