I installed one Baja Designs Squadron-R Sport fog. I had an appointment and couldn't get to the other today, but that gives me the opportunity for a comparison. I'll tweak the aim once I have both installed.

I have some other lights to install also, but I work a FT job and have my own small business as well so there never seems to be time.

I finished installing both BD fogs. I wouldn't mind the pattern being a little wider, but I'm really pleased the light output. They don't hit anyone's windows or mirrors either, which was a concern I had due to their brightness.

I used CRC Mass Air Flow Sensor cleaner and sprayed off my Air Charge temp Sensor, Pressure Sensor, and Boot pressure sensors.

No noticeable increase in performance. But they really weren't that dirty to begin with.

I took the Florida title to the NJMVC and transferred it. Got my plates and paid my money. Now just have to wait to get back to FL to pick up my new chariot.

Got the service manuals today for the '04 and started going through them. They look almost untouched.

Edited to add:

Volume 1, section 100 of the manual identifies the codes on the Vehicle Identification Label. In my case the new information I discovered is I have the code "W" under "TR" (Transmission) is the 4R75W, NOT the 4R70W that I thought.

I still can't identify the springs as the manual, even though they're for 2004 which is the year of my Expy don't show the code "BF" which is what I have.
