I have a 2004 EB with 130000 miles then fuel pump went out and after putting that in found out it also burnt out the fuel pump relay in the fuse box. This is one of Fords better ideas the relay is soldered into the fuse box and you cant just pull it out and put a new one in .I found a place on Ebay you send in the fuse panel and they will solder in a new relay also if anything else is wrong the fix that also.Received that and installed no problem then several weeks later the power door locks quite working and the radio auto off stopped working and the head lights auto on stopped also. One bad thing about this is I cannot open the back hatch which is a pain in the rear.I was told it could be a BCM and then several have had problems with wire breaks in the driver side door inside the rubber boot and under the kick panel I have check all that and it is fine.Has anyone else had this happen to them?

As they say on the crime shows, be suspicious of coincidence. If it has only been a couple of weeks since you R/R the fuse box, I would check there. Since you pulled it out once, you know how to do it again. First, I would check all the connectors. Make sure they are seated correctly and the slide latches are engaged (upper connector). Make sure your ground wires are properly grounded. Make sure you haven't pushed a pin reinstalling connectors. If that doesn't work, pull the board again. Check for cold solder or solder drops on the board causing a short.
Since it took sometime to develop, it may be unrelated to the relay repair, but every electrical connections goes through that box and you have several connectors that may have not gone back in correctly.

It may be a new fail, but I would make sure the last repair is solid before chasing ghosts.
