I have a 2014 that the wipers will only work in the 2 fastest speeds. When you turn the wipers on any of the delay settings they will cycle one time and not come back on. I was getting an "error" for the value in the front wiper delay switch input using FORScan. I have replaced the switch and now I'm "Invalid" and they are still not working. Any ideas?

I had that on my 2014EL right after I bought it used (and it rained so I found out). Long story short, took it to Dealer and they diagnosed it (or at least claimed) that the sensor module that's adhered to the windshield was installed wrong. They "said" the windshield had been replaced and this was done improperly. Replaced that and it Cost about $300 I think.

I didnt see the codes you listed, dont have Forscan. Didnt have OBDII device at the time.

Thanks it is something going on with the rain sensor. I can touch it and the wipers will go nuts.

There are a couple other posts on this Forum about turning that back into traditional multi-speed wipers by disconnecting the wire or going into controls and set it up as manual ... or something like that. I think that depends on the model year though. I like that feature, I'd want it to function.

Similar story here.

Our 2014 EL had the rain sensor, but it didn't work.

I found it was unplugged. I plugged it in and then the intermittent wiper positions didn't work. Unplugged the rain sensor, got the intermittent positions back and ordered a new rain sensor. Installed it when it came in (easy) and everything has been good since.

I'm pretty sure its 5 speeds. It works like the intermitten wipers do in my older f150.
