Lower right side thread snapped and is unraveling 21k miles Ford says it was cut! No coverage! Cut really!?!y?!

That probably means that the Ford District Service Manager (DSM) thinks you're not being honest. Talk to the store's Service Manager and request a meeting with the DSM. If that doesn't work, meet with the store's GM and explain the situation in a very calm and professional way. Ask him/her to setup the meeting. FYI - The DSM has the authority to approve the replacement or offer a substantial discount.They took pictures and sent them to Ford. Ford denied the claim saying it was cut! It snapped right where the manufacturer tied it off .
Sure, why not. First guess would be a bad sensor somewhere causing the havoc.
