Im wanting to install a fuel pump voltage booster on my 2008 Expedition limited. The booster taps into the FPDM however i cant find it... I have read that 2007+ years have a mechanical one built-in the fuel pump assembly... Any kind of help would be appreciated! And suggestions where i can splice in the booster?

What kind of issues are you having that you think you need a "voltage booster" on your fuel pump? Who does that?
Anyway, your FPDM should be there in the left rear inner wheel well frame area. The factory ones corrode because of the dis-similar metal mounting points. The replacement FPDM's all come with bushing mounting screws that keep the metals apart to eliminate this corrosion problem. If you're still running the stock FPDM try a replacement one with the bushing mount screws. It should fix whatever problem you're having that's FPDM related.

Fpdm doesn't exist on 08 model, despite parts list showing it. It's not on the wiring diagram, and the fuel lines and filter are different.

Pump runs at full power, fuel got to filter, return line off filter goes back to sending unit and the mechanical pressure regulator dumps any excess. Filter has 3 connections, third line goes to engine.

It's weird, but all the failures seem to have made for just say "screw this electronic crap" and went old school.
