This 'video' has been debunked 6 months ago. The Expedition had thousand of dollars in intercooler and off road exhaust mods. There are running E85, which is not allowed, according to Ford. The Video caught the attention of Ford engineering. They claimed the Expedition, is already making 100% power. The engine has cam shafts for towing, not high end racing. There is no hidden reserve power. The Mustang GT and 4cyl Ecoboost out perform the Expedition.

If we all pitched in and bought you a vehicle from this millennia would you be less angry at the world?

This forum has gone completely nuts. Polluted with delusional, 4th gen whack job, road heroes. Racing lawn mowers now? With the large amount of engine problems, you guys should be taking it easy. It seems those engines can't go past 10K without taking a $hit. Have fun in the service dept waiting room...

@LokiWolf Here you go. Add another item to your list where RJ is just flat out wrong.

My 17' PowerStroke, had it since 11 miles, now has 114K with ZERO issues. It has been tuned since the 5000 mile mark. I tow with it and go OR with it; no issues. I've had an 07' Expedition Eddie Bauer (2nd Gen), 2017 Expedition EL Limited (3rd Gen) with over 70K and now this 19' Limited (4th Gen). I did have tranny issues with the 07' but it still was a fair vehicle; it was the only vehicle I've ever left fully stock down to the air filter. I've had 0 issues with the 17' SD, the 17' Expy EL and my current Expy (has 11K on the clock and is tuned). I can say, without any reservation what-so-ever, that these new generation Expeditions are my favorite. They just flat out move and have a lot of room to tune. My only regret is that because I am too lazy to mix I have to settle for 91 Octane tunes here in AZ. Otherwise, I'd be at 93 Perf all the time.

For the record, I from MT and grew up on a ranch. I am by no means easy on vehicles. I know them inside and out from the mechanics to the computer. I am certainly no road hero. Actually, I find it comical being called this by a guy that shows as being from NY. Comedy aside RJ, you really should go out and try doing what we do. Maybe, just maybe you'd lighten up and enjoy life. At the very least though you'd speak from actual experience rather than conjectures based only on your opinions.

Why you got such a bug up the sphincter bud? ...cool off.

It’s because he has no Ecoboost, Gen 4 Expy, no friends in real life or on any forum. Probably no girlfriend, wife or even a boyfriend. He’s probably the same guy on a bunch of others forums telling people they need an EcoBoost on GM posts. And you know it is true because he will post back after every attack, tuning, EcoBoost or Expy not hauling family or towing post like clockwork.

I try, I really do! This Troll comes up all the time. He has threatened me several times. Called me and others in this and the 3rd Gen Area names, but yet thinks I should be banned.

I answered the OP’s question. I have launched this thing many times. It is VERY fun to have this big thing hustle as quick as it does.

I agree? Hence my CAI and 5Star/NGauge tune setup. Whoosh!

I don’t base my times off numbers gotten from journalists on a track. That is perfect world. Mine is a the worst combo for good 0-60 from a weight, and unsprung weight. Limited, Long, with 22’s.

6.4 was my 0-60 stock with 93 in the tank. So that is almost a second off of factory with just a 93 tune. Impressive for this weight vehicle.

4x4 helps with traction, but adds weight. And I do have the Heavy Tow package. So 3.73’s, that helps with the launch.

The app is Dragy, it is not just an app, it talks to a VERY accurate little GPS device. It is just as accurate as being at a Track, the “apps” that others use, are not, because they use the phones GPS or the cars speedometer via OBDII. Both are inherently inaccurate.

5.6 seconds in a 6 speed expedition el with a 3” lift and 35s on 5 star e30. I’ll be in the mid 4s when I drop back to OE sized tires
