Ok. 2020 xlt with heavy duty tow package. Pulling a 20ft 3700lb KZ with no problems. A few questions thoug.

When I go to tow mode, does it stay in 2wd or default to 4high. Seems to be different each time I switch to tow mode. Not sure why. Which is best?

I have set up the length of my trailer for blind spot. I also see “Blind spot ready” in the trailer info setting. I really don’t see much difference in terms of when it picks up cars on the left from when I don’t have the trailer. Am I missing a step?

Does everyone use towing mode? I have been and the hood descent auto shifting is nice, but how about on long stretches of turnpike or highway with few hills? Pick up some mileage in standard mode?

Finally I did hook up rear assist. Works well for simple back up. Can’t finD the sticker on sharp turning.

I had the same problem on a 2019. Dealer worked with Ford and it appeared to be a software problem. After 9-10 months of working with Ford engineers, the dealers Service manager guessed Dearborn dowloaded a software fix remotely and now it appears the problem was fixed.

4A or 4H? I presume you mean 4A since there's no indication that you're in 4H other than drive mode (sand, etc.) The owner's manual says to use 4A for towing, although it's supposed to default to 4A when you select tow/haul mode. Mine seems to do it sometimes.

Did you enter the correct trailer length when you set up the trailer? I seem to recall there also being a blind spot setting toggle in the setup menu (scroll all the way to the right on the information screen...

I always use tow haul mode.
