Sudden Message - "Do you want to run a diagnostic?"

This message pops up on the screen from time to time, with a recorded voice asking me if I want to run a diagnostic, and to click "okay".

I have no idea which button to push to run it, and why is this happening?

My 2010 Explorer does that. It's called a "health report" and emails you saying that your brake lights are working, etc.

My 2010 does it every so often. Need to see if I can turn that off. Found out the service is no longer active from Ford.

I kept getting that message too on my '10 Limited with the navigation. I basically had to go into the settings of the system and turn off the Health Reporting checks.
