Hey Guys,
My 2014 Expedition EL was parked for about a month. I had briefly stored a 20lb LP tank in the back of the truck by the lift gate. A few weeks ago I noticed the stitching on front of the 3rd row sheet completely came apart. (See attached). Could the propane somehow caused this to happen? We very rarely use the 3rd row seat so we didn't notice until very recently. I don't think the propane leaked but even if it did, it wasn't even close to the seats. We also noticed an oily residue on the front of that seat. I did have the truck in for service for a problem with the AC. They said is was leaking and recharged in and added a die to try to find the leak. The AC still stopped working again. Could either of these caused the stitching to completely come apart? I very rarely drive this truck so it took awhile to notice any of this.
Thanks,
Deano
