is it bent? did it just happen to lift up? i'd go to ford and ask them for their thoughts and see if napa...autozone...advance auto has something that will bond the plastics

I'd suggest Hysol 9462 or something similar. Excellent adhesive for moderate load bearing applications like this. And this kind of epoxy is thixotropic which means it doesn't run which is a good thing when applied to vertical surfaces. I get it at McMaster Carr but it's available from other sources as well. Big box store glues might work as well but the Hysol is likely to be a permanent fix.

Not see'ing it ... hard to tell. It "looks" like a damaged part.
JB Weld has adhesives for all kinds of materials. Home Depot

I've bonded a lot of stuff back together. The trick is a way to hold it in place while curing.
That picture looks like a head scratcher, how would you hold it in place?
My first thought is to park it close to wall and make something to wedge between it & wall.
I would also consider a screw but most would poo poo that idea.
Sometimes you can Gorilla Tape it for curing, just be easy removing tape smartly.

Might be able to remove entire assembly & bench glue/clamp it.
That might also make a screw possible. Adhesive plus mechanical is good.

Nice thing with adhesives is .. if they don't bond then they just peel off & try something else.

Another trick is clean & sand a spot (each side) ... put a dab of adhesive on and see if it holds. If all good then go Whole Hog.

You might try some JB weld Epoxy putty. You can work it into place and its freaking hard after it sets!!! With it being vertical I would worry about any glue dripping down on the paint.

JB weld is OK, used a lot of it on my snowmobile trailer but most of it broke loose. It's just epoxy glue with some gray powder mixed in for color so you might as well just mix some epoxy up. Look at this YouTube glue test;
