Replaced pads and rotors, brake pedal sinking to floor now?!?

IDK if you did but replacing the fluid helps too, also mine will still sink to the floor if I push hard for a couple minutes, not really an issue though.

Yep, I did all new fluid (probably about 3 gallons of new fluid during bleeding and flushing). Mine still goes right to the floor without delay, so putting some break-in miles and doing the break-in procedure a few times hasn't helped me like others have said it did for them.

What gets me is all this started when you changed your pads correct?(or at least that is what I got out of your first post)
And since you have been all over the rest of the system lets go back to the beginning.
The pads. Could it be this?

The pads. Could it be this?

The "2nd generation" Powerstop pads don't have the tabs/ears. I wish I didn't toss the original pads because I could use them to test the theory...I think I'll grab a set of different metallic pads with the ears to see what happens.

Classic example on why to use OEM parts, especially for critical safety equipment items.

This "upgrade" definitely wasn't an improvement! The Bendix metallic pads have a great initial bite, so hopefully I get the performance I was looking for. After having a kid step out in front of my Sequoia (his hand was on my hood when I stopped), I want the best brakes possible for this heavy barge.

I know you said at the first post said you did not remove calipers. On the f250s you can put calipers on upside down, Left to right bleaders on the bottom. you will never get all the air out. Don't ask how I know !!! I put all new pads, rotors, lines,everything except abs thing.

That would be super frustrating! Now I have new calipers, lines, master cylinder, and low mileage ABS module, so I'd better be good to go for a while!
