HELP...cylinder head replacement

Can anyone please point me in the right direction on where to buy new cylinder heads for my 5.4 V8 3V i own a 2007 ford expedition I want to replace the heads and intake manifold but I have no clue on where the best and afforded place is to buy them from. also is there a better alternative then then the stock heads and intake manifold that will give me more power and over performance.
I found some one ebay and both side will run me about 1000 and the intake is another 250
I uploaded the pics of the ones I have picked out on ebay

What made you decide it needed heads? May want to look into this instead of keep trying to repair the high mileage one that you have. Plus 7 year warranty for $200

after having to drill that bolt out of the head and having to replace the intake manifold. I want to replace and kinda start off new there

Did something go bad drilling out the stud that we should know about?

How many miles on the jewel? This is why I was mentioning the long block (cam wear, valve train, timing components, etc). Motorcraft intake for replacement.

only 130 thousand. ive only had it for like 5 months and have had some kind of problem with it the whole time. I wish I could afford a new motor but I cant I have about 1300 i can spend to get it going right and some weird reason I still have the p2006 code about the IMCR accuator.. Intake manifold stuck closed after putting in a new one
