My right front hub slipped out and started sliding on spindle and stripped the piece in front of the threads. What can I do without buying new parts?

Looks like the spindle is still usable. So you need all the small parts.
Spindle nut = Dorman 615072
Spindle nut retainer - Dorman 615073
Spindle nut washer - Dorman 618033
Outer Wheel Bearing Set - NATIONAL A12
Inner Wheel Bearing Set - NATIONAL A18
Seal - NATIONAL 4148
If the rotor/hub assembly isn't salvageable get a new one of your choice : WAGNER BD126005E

Your local autoparts store will have most, if not all of this stuff. Use a high quality bearing grease when you repack the new bearings. You'll need a new cotter pin for that hole there on the end of the spindle too.

Hopefully you can get the old bearing race off the spindle w/o any damage to the spindle.
Check the caliper for damage and brake pads.
