I’m considered a full cat back exhaust

however, quietest and tame as possible with zero drone.

Basically something just a step above stock. I don’t need or want to shake the block, something that’s somewhat noticeable and has no highway drone.

Any recommendations ? I read through some forums that magnaflow had a tame exhaust, but I didn’t know if that included no drone.

I just got a flowmaster muffler, a full exhaust is a waste of money bro, it doesn't increase power, Flowmaster 40 series is the way to do it sounds like a beastly V8 like it should you'll be very happy and maybe some drone doin 65 MPH on the freeway, but after you get up to 75-80 nothing! My exhaust shop did it for me $180 out the door including the muffler he had in stock

Magnaflow is the best way. I have one on my 05, and 2010 expo's. 4x7x14 2.5" in/out in my 05... its loud. but not obnoxious. I put a 5x8x18. 3" in/out on my wifes 2010. That one is a deeper tone. and quieter. 0 drone either way.. flowmaster is horrible for droans in the 5.4. sounded great in my old bronco with a 351 lol

I like the drone sound... means I drive a truck and it's really white noise... background noise that u stop noticing and hearing

i was just at the magnaflow site. their second generation "performance exhaust" solution is over 700 dollars for a pipe and a muffler which still needs to be installed.

not doing that.
