I have a 2018 Expedition MAX Limited with Sirius XM. I have the "all access" subscription but am unable to tune to channel 208 "PGA Tour Radio". Called Sirius several times, done the refresh thing, still nothing. My station list only goes up to channel 184.

Just found some info about possible "locked channels" and how to unlock... will give that a go.

Any other 2018 owners getting 200 series channels?

Pretty sure since we have Sync3 and not Sync4 we don't get the extra channels (or I think they call in 'enhanced player'). Mine stops up around 180's or so fairly certain.

Well at one point in time Sirius and XM where different companies with different ways (technology) of sending and receiving the signals. The two companies merged back when. The technology didn't.

Fords have the the older Sirius technology receivers in it and it will not receive the XM signal.

I am not sure if it has changed in the last few years because I don't use that service.

So to make it short and sweet Fords only receive Sirius channels.

I just did the "refresh" using my laptop. As instructed it said to select channel 2 after the refresh and if you hear audio, the refresh was successful... did that, still no channel 208 (even using direct tune).

Just went out to get the radio ID/serial # to begin the slog through Sirius customer service and tried 208 via direct tuning... it's there!! I quickly added it to my preset list before the gremlins return.

Good to know Ford now has both receivers in them.

Can you explain what you did to get it to work? Mine stops @ 184.
