My truck likes to do alot of opposite things... So when I'm in park or in drive but with my foot on the brake(not moving) my wheel turns fine but as soon as I start moving it gets harder to turn. Could it be the pump belt rack and pin or have the system flushed? Also when I make sharp turns and I have to lock the wheel going left or right I hear a rubbing sound, hub or bearing?

Year? Trim?

Sounds like you need to put up on jack stands take a look around. see if you can duplicate anything and look for leaks when turning the wheel back and fourth.(check power steering fluid)

Use some brake cleaner to help you clean up any wet spots, so you will see where leaks coming from.
Then come back here to let us know what you find.
