If someone has rear air suspension solenoids, could you take an ohm meter and check the resistance through the solenoid contacts? The previous owner of my 08 deleted the rear air suspension but didn’t leave the solenoids. I’m trying to turn off the constant cluster warning.

Also does anyone have a pdf or link to the keyless entry wiring diagram? I’m looking for the rear power hatch and glass release.
My remote only works the glass and not the power hatch. I never use just the glass and since it doesn’t lift on it’s in, why remote release it. I want to redirect the glass release pulse to the power lift gate.

If you'd asked this afternoon I could have helped you out. I was already under the navigator putting a height sensor on.

That is the same fob we have for our navigator and it opens the hatch on a long press, quick press pops the glass. It's an 03 so different animal electrically speaking. Shoot me a pm sometime tomorrow if you haven't gotten ahold of the diagram, I can dig it up in alldata if I get a chance, just need a reminder...

So two quick presses of the hatch button don't do anything ? Does the hatch lock like it's supposed to with the FOB ?

I’ve been out all day and just getting time to think. I have tried short press, long press, double and triple press. It completely ignores the power hatch remote button. I checked it with a parts store remote test display and that button does send out a signal.

I’m assuming I bought the wrong remote. There is one with words instead of symbols. The cut off date is between 07 and 08 according to some info I read on Amazon. The one I bought stated it was for an 08, but since mine was manufactured in Sept 07, maybe it’s the other remote. I really can’t afford to spend another $29 to find out that’s still not the problem.

Since it’s a power hatch, it doesn’t exactly lock. If the vehicle is locked, the momentary contact switch on the outside handle isn’t powered or maybe the circuit isn’t grounded. So the switch is dead. I can unlock the doors with the remote and then press the switch on the outside handle and it opens.

You could try reboot of the hatch, process is in the manual, with a new remote you would definitely need to reprogram the remote but not the hatch. When I bought my truck it came with one remote, dealer locksmith guy ordered one and programmed it and made a second key.
