So we’ve had a lot of rain the past few days. My drivers door and drivers side passenger door have water in them. When I park at home water drains out, and I can hear it swishing around in door when driving. Any body ever had this happen and any idea how to fix it? Could it be the weather seals? Thanks in advance.

At the bottom, inside of the doors are small, black rectangular plastic inserts.

Remove them. They simply snap in / out.

Use the non-clasp end of a plastic zip-tie to dislodge any dirt and debris. When you’re confident the debris is removed and the water drained, snap the black plastic pieces back in.

I would suggest cleaning out the drains in the bottom of the doors. The window seals could be bad, but they are always going to leak somewhat,

Make sure those two drain outs are free and clear along the bottom of the door. They're covered by plastic trash guard strips that you have to remove with your fingers and make sure there's no big debris buildup in that area blocking drainage, then replace the plastic guard strips when you're done. Water and small debris falls between the window and outer door trim seal. It's not your weather stripping that's the problem. I like to inspect those drains once a year.

I think we were all typing at the same time .... LOL
