I have a 2007 Ford Expedition el had an error code of po2004 but still ran fine now is running rough at idle and check engine light flashes. Also hogs down when trying to take off. I’ve replaced the plugs but still getting the following codes now. P0303,p0300,p2004,p0300 pd, p0302 pd,p0303 pd, p0304pd, p2004pd any advice as to what else it could be?

Well the P2004 code on the 3V 5.4 motor is a intake runner controller fault. The IRC is located on the rear of the intake manifold. It's the thing you see back there with the rods connected to it from each side of the intake.

No it always had the p2004 code was running fine then next morning went to drive and was making a ticking noise when you would accelerate. Didn’t drive it then that afternoon when I started It is when it started throwing all these codes

If there's no miss on a cylinder then that coil is fine. You need good equipment to pin down a miss. An intermittent one may not give a code.
