Is there a place in the under hood fuse box to add a 10awg output? I’m about to install an electric scooter lift in the back of my 2008 Expedition. It will ground to the body at the rear, but I’ve bought a 10awg power line to run from the battery to the rear. I’ve read online that these lifts can parasitic draw and I should use the main off switch. But I thought I might use a relay that takes its trigger from the delayed accessory circuit, so when I unlock the doors, the lift will have power again.
I can’t add a fused wire right onto the positive battery cable, but I’d rather have it in the under hood fuse box if possible.
