SXM Travel Link issues

Anyone else having a problem with SXM Travel Link? I checked and my subscription is good but none of the features are working (they were a few days ago). The subscription status looks like this. Audio is working but nothing else is. I tried a refresh signal and it didn't seem to go through. I'll probably have to call them on Monday.

Looks like this is a system wide issue. I have found threads on other vehicle forums describing the exact same thing.

It seems that it can sometimes correct itself but it is suggested to do a Master Reset to correct it. I am really hesitant to do that as it will be a huge PITA to get everything set back up again. There is even a SSM from Ford (albeit for other vehicles).

Yes, both of our 2020 Fords are having this same issue. It appears someone wrote some crappy code and didn't test it well before rolling it out. My wife's 2020 Escape is having the most issues. When we called SiriusXM support they suggested a Master Reset which I did...that did not correct it.

I'm taking the Expedition in to the dealer on Tuesday anyway so I'm going to have them address it.

Please post whatever the fix they tried was. There is a TSB (attached) that I believe installs ver 20136, which is a downgrade.

I am having the same SXM Travel Link issues. Has SXM update 3 different times in the last week. Some days it works fine, but most days not.

It is not an SXM issue. It is a Ford Sync issue with ver 3.4.21020. Rolling back to the previous version will get TL back. The dealer can do it for you per the TSB I posted above. Ford is aware of the problem and is working on a fix.

I had an appointment with my dealership this AM. They tried a "hard" restart, by disconnecting the battery, which didn't work. It did reset other features though...

So they decided to reschedule me for next week when their Shop Foreman is back from vacation.

Update, as long as I dont try to open the SXM Travel Link in the first 5 - 10 minutes of starting, it has been working consistently

Ours has mysteriously started working again as of yesterday. I suspect Ford down loaded new code Thursday night since nothing else has changed.
