kbb.com has a build and price for the 2022 Expedition. If you go through the whole build process on the site, it will give you the MSRP, along with Dealer invoice, at the end, based on your zip code. It is not clear that it adds/includes destination charge, which is pretty significant these days. I used to like edmunds.com because it itemized each item for MSRP AND Dealer cost, as well as Destination charge. Edmunds still has no pricing for the 2022 Expedition as of yet.

The destination & delivery is $1,695 and it is included in the KBB MSRP per the information I have on my 2022 Expedition order.

Pricing doesn’t seem accurate compared to my x plan build sheet as it shows about 3k less MSRP on KBB

As long as ford has 2021s in the pipeline, they aren't going to do anything to stimulate interest in the next model year.
The KBB MSRP was way off on mine as well when I tried it a bit ago. Seems to be a work in progress.
