I have an 2004 and can’t find the third trans cooler line. I ordered and received new ones but less the third shorter line. Can’t find it on any website. Any ideas?

That looks too short. The line goes from one side of the rad to the other about a third of the way op on the curb side to the bottom of the rad on the other. Every replacement I have found online and the ones I bought came with two lines going from the cooler to the block and two short lines from the block to the trans. I’m going to call ford on Monday but I hate dealing with them. I couldn’t find it on ford parts online, parts geek or rock auto.

So that’s the line there with the rubber inline, and that’s the bottom of the rad looking up. That line runs pretty far up and back into the radiator. Every replacement kit is minus that one line.

Yes, spent the morning searching that site with VIN included and no luck. I sent them an email so hopefully they will respond.

I have run into this problem when Motorcraft discontinues parts. On parts.ford.com, the part won't show up at all, so it is confusing. It would be better if they let it show up but clearly indicate that it is discontinued, so you would know what's going on. I was able to get the parts from Napa both times this happened to me, and FYI both times were in the last few months.

Thanks, that’s what I figured. I’m going to hit a few auto parts stores and hopefully they have it lying on the shelf. I agree that they should still show it even if discontinued so I would have a part number to go by.
