I have an Expedition Limited Stealth, 2019. I upgraded the front sway bar to the Hellwig with it's end links, which made a significant difference in eliminating the bobble sway. I later added a Hellwig rear sway bar, which improved ride a little more, but the front really made the difference. The stock sway bar is hollow and much lighter. A worthy investment if you would like improved cornering handling in this large SUV.

Deadman, I re-tightened the front Helwig but then ended up taking it my off because I was getting a clunk. Factory front sway is silent so it tells me the bushings are shot. I am working with Helwig. Have you experienced this?

2-3 folks on the FB groups also complain of the same issue.
I have a clunk too, interesting ideas that it might be the brackets. I will see if I can get a different set made without the slot.

Has anyone tried the factory brackets and bushings with the Helwig bar? I think the diameters are the same.

@image98 what end links are you using front and rear. Part numbers please. They look beefier and I like having zerks. Thanks

Hellwig makes end links for the Expedition? Do you have the part number?

Based on the photos these are the Moog end links. They look identical.

K750074 Front
K750052 Rear
Thanks, I have the Moog rear end links. I wasn’t aware of a direct fit aftermarket end link for the front, especially not from Hellwig, which is why I was asking.

Someone else beat me to it, but confirming, Fronts are MOG-K750052 and Rear MOG-K750074. Much beefier than the stock bar links with serviceable zerk fittings.

I noticed the traction control and eLSD have a little trouble with the higher rates of the Hellwig bars. Will the CCD calibration mode that's used with new tires and/or a lift adapt to the bars?
