Why don't you like it?

To me, it doesn't look like a truck anymore. It looks like the bastard child of a hearse and a minivan. I get it though. Most people want crossovers, not SUVs/trucks. Toyota is, inevitably, going to kill the 4runner at some point also. It gets slammed in every review for not being a crossover, which is what those who love it love most about it.

This is the body of a crossover. No 2 ways about it.

really Ford just went wrong on the the big milk jug tails with the slope. Look at the Yukon for that masculine look shorter tails with a more straight rear. I won’t say no to a 2018 as long as the price is right. They look good in black.

If you want the price to be right, you'll probably need to wait until at least 2023.

The new gms don't look great to me. Actually, ford took design elements from the 4th gen gms for 4th gen expy Inspiration, gm just copied the body of the fords for their 5th gen design and applied the usual gm front of it. My dad upgraded his escalade, 22 premium in black with chrome package. Looks great, but like you said, can't go wrong in black.

I wouldn’t say so. I have seen some in the upper 30s and lower 40s, but the 2017s are quite a bit cheaper
Well, they're much, much more than they would be if not for the current state of the car market. Heck, it's now considered a "deal" to get a new vehicle for between MSRP and 5% over MSRP. When the market returns to normal and new car supply is once again able to meet demand, used cars will flood the market and values will tank.

I'm not a fan of the new GM's looks either and I definitely see a strong resemblance between Ford/GM. However, I think the latest Expeditions actually look even worse than the GMs.

No version of the tahoe looks good to me. The denali looks good, but regular or at4 versions aren't attractive. The escalade looks great in Chrome or sport trims, not rele good in other trims.

To protect my expedition from ignorant people from slamming car doors into my vehicle I added some protection to decrease others from damaging the sides of my vehicle.
