Rear upper control arm

I have to replace the rear upper arm bushings on my 2003 expedition. I have searched but cannot find the bushings or the complete new arm. I only find the rear lower arm. Why is that? Can I use the front upper arm bushings or another model? Do I have to resign myself and install a used arm? I will appreciate if you give me advice or suggestions. Thank you.

Does the 2003 have rear upper control arms? I ask because the 2011 only comes with lower control arms in the rear along with 4 or 5 various arms (trailing, etc.). I tried looking on TascaParts and Haag Ford. Neither showed anything beyond the stabilizer link bars for the rear. Not sure if that's all that's instock and available or what. Neither had any diagrams which is odd because they are usually good about having diagrams for most parts of the truck. Sorry I couldn't be of much help here.
