My bigger concern is how they install the wiper motors. these things are all lined up in a parking lot. from what I've heard, it's literally a team of people running from car to car.
I i'll have to just do a good inspection of the paint, clips, and gaps when i get delivery.

I will be inspecting mine at well. They can fix everything that is wrong with it too.

Ditto. My dad runs a dealership and is handling several orders. found out today that mine is in storage . That’s all we know. ughhh

Same boat as well as you guys, ordered 11-2, initial build date was week of 2-14. Then it was end of Feb, them March 11. Benn in production on the Pizza tracker since 3-4. Two weeks ago dealer says eta of May 1-7. Today the update is the same delivery date but instead of "in production" it is waiting on a chip, sitting in a lot off site. So I guess it is good that the delivery date is still the same. If motors are the cause and they get installed this week/early next, eta should be solid as its about 19-21 days rail/truck to PHX.

**My 18 Expy XLT kicked on the engine light last week too....P0430, Cat converter. Luckily Ford has a warranty up to 80K miles. My ESP won't cover it, save 100$ Copay...win??????

Did you receive this update via email or did you call ford?

Why am I not surprised I just got this email from ford. Been “in production” for two weeks, and then I get this. Looks like I won’t have this for my trip at the end of June either. Almost 8 months and ford can’t get a vehicle built and delivered to their customers.

Just received my first email since my order was placed on 2/21. "Just wait longer..."
Emailed the Granger to express I don't want a partially finished Platinum, I'd rather wait for the 2023.
