To many of us here, this is frustrating, dealer order, a month later than our orders, produced about a month later than ours and shipped (Fully loaded SPP Limited max with Tow.):

Here's something interesting...

I ordered a Platinum Max (without RSE) in mid-January. As-of now it's still unscheduled.

Last week I went into the dealer to check into dropping the MCS and/or switching to a Limited Max SPP. He suggested that I don't make any changes to the Platinum order and instead make a new order for a Limited SPP. The dealer showed me in the order system that he set the priority to 99 for all his stock expeditions to try and get my Platinum through.

Today I received a production date of 6/20 for the Limited SPP. So that's only four business days to go from ordered to scheduled for the Limited. Still nothing on the Platinum.

Meanwhile, my completed Navigator is still stuck in Louisville.

Cyberdman over at Blue Oval confirmed it was completed and released to carrier 3/30/22. Grrrrr

My Platinum Max is in production now. I ordered 12/13. According to the sticker nothing has been deleted. Dealer says delivery week of May 2nd.

I have been reading these posts for some time. I gotta tell ya that what is happening not only with late delivery or no delivery, coupled with no parts, added to the projected month long lock down in China, Ford dealers playing with the price, and perhaps more importantly Ford is hemorrhaging money and starting to lay off employees. I am going to look much harder at other products as I don't see Ford getting it's act together for a few years.
I question how much the other manufacturer's are in the same boat. I am the furthest thing from a Ford loyalist (this is actually my first one lol) but I don't see much inventory on Toyota or GM lots either. I talked to 2 GM dealers and they wouldn't even take an order for me, they just wanted me to wait till I get something close to what I want.

Jeep/Ram seems to have a TON of inventory near me.... I wonder what their secret is. There isn't a chance in hell I'd buy a Wagoneer but I've been looking at the Rams a lot.

Looks like people are getting emails for June production. I just got one also, and order 4/1. Question, my wife now wants the tow package. Do you think if I tell the dealer to add it, it will affect the production date?
Oh man, I ordered 3/5, but no email from Ford yet. Got my fingers crossed! My understanding is that you can no longer modify your order at all.

I have a Limited SPP on order since February 4th and still unscheduled. Ford's order pickup process is down right trash apparently. What options did you order? wondering if certain features not technically on constraint but doesn't get to the top of the list for scheduling like order dates should.

I wonder if yours hasn't been picked-up due to dealer allocation?

It’s the same thing down here in central Texas

Just to give some stats on my order, order placed 11/15 for Limited Max SPP, Max Tow, Sync 4a, eLSD, stone blue. Originally scheduled for production week of 2/14, went into production 3/30 where it still sits. Seeing these dealer orders made hitting lots when they went into production after mine is really frustrating. With two boys and two Great Danes, our 2018 Explorer doesn’t fit us all anymore if we are going to visit family for a weekend or going to my family’s camp. Was hoping to have it for Memorial Day weekend, but that clearly isn't going to happen at this point. The waiting game continues.
