I don't think I've seen anyone SAS an 07+ Expedition. Previous gens, yes, but that's likely because they already have the solid rear axle so the truck's already halfway there. Definitely post pics of your progress in your build thread. Pretty sure there's not yet been an all-in build for anything newer than 06.

Will do, can’t wait to have this build done. Been in the shop since 1/11/22 now. Delays after delays.

When this build is 100% finished I’ll have 37” master craft mxt tires, 18” black rhino armory rims, solid axles, bilstein coilovers, stage 3 transmission, disc brake conversion on the axles, Godzilla engine, Holley efi touchscreen gauges, whipple charger, 2 batteries, 1 for accessories and 1 for the engine, 12 light bars, custom fab roof rack, custom fab rear bumper with spare tire, night vision camera connected to an iPad, an new alpine touchscreen entertainment radio, cellular range extension antenna, custom fab gun safe in the trunk, overland satellite gps, custom fab retractable side steps, custom fab skid plate, lineX on the entire bottom from the fenders down, and custom fab drinking water tank where the spare tire usually would be under the car near the rear bumper.

My apocalypse bug out car. 1,000+ Hp should be able to push and tow whatever I need plus with 1ton axles I’ll be confident my car won’t have issues towing large loads in the future.

I’m entertaining offers for the completed car once it’s done and we’ve had the photo shoot and article written. Keep in mind this is a massive project and we are still at the beginning stages of the build and some of the parts we plan on sourcing are not even in production yet. I’m going to build another after this since it’s been fun figuring out the process and I want to make use of the knowledge I’ve gained from this project.

That is a massive project! I'm looking forward to updates...

2016 Ford Exp. XLT EL Nitto Grapplers, 275/55 20, 20" MOTO's, 3/2 Ready Lift, New Standard Shocks, New Brakes Pads/Rotors, (2) New Front Hub Assembly's, (2) 4x4 acuators(new deletion kit and Max Energy Spectrum Programmer. It took me about a week to install all this after work. I think it looks way better now compared to the original version.20220425_172449_HDR.jpg20220425_172509_HDR.jpg20220504_171311_HDR.jpg20220504_171024_HDR.jpg20220504_171118.jpg

Before and after 2008 XLT 4x4. Bilstein 4600 shocks to replace stock, eBay 2.5/2.5 spacer lift so I kept the rake for towing but got plenty of clearance for my 33x12.5xr17 Kenda Klevers, new Freedom Off-road UCA’s, new Detroit Axle lower ball joints, and power stop truck and tow drilled and slotted brake rotors with carbon fiber pads. Took two and a half days of hard work and frequent beer breaks but my dad and I got it done.

I have a 2.5in lift kit for my 07, the lift says I'd be able to put 33's on, can somebody tell me if the box is right? I want to get the larger tires before I put the lift on but I want to make sure they won't be to big.
