Possible buy of 2020 Expy Limited-should I be concerned?

Looking at buying a 2020 that according to the window sticker was built in late October/early November 2019. The Carfax shows that 2 TSB's have been documented. Should I be concerned with buying this? It's an off-Lease with approx. 22k miles.Screenshot 2022-05-15 143406.jpg

If you can afford an early build 2020, then you should stretch a little for a LATE build 2020, or even 2021.
Then the cam phaser issue shouldn’t be a concern for you.

But really depends on how long you think you might keep it.
If you see it as a long term purchase then there’s no way I’d buy that one.

If you plan on keeping it just a few years?.,… meh.. no worries.
