Does the rear ford emblem just pull off?

i didn’t take any pictures of the blue part. The other hole is the washer yes.

here is a good video that shows how they are held together

How are you re-attaching the rear? Is there a 3m pre cut tape kit?

Also what paint did you use? One with clear or paint then clear?
