I finally had enough and took it back again to the dealer today for service. The tech didn't know what to do. He had the general manager come over who also didn't know what to do. They called Ford and Ford told them that since it's been happening since my cam phaser reprogram, to go ahead and apply pcm reprogram 21N08. Everyone, including me was doubtfup this would do anything but amazingly enough it seems to have fixed or masked the issue. From what I understand there was a bad value in whatever senses if one of the wheels is slipping. I'll post back in a week or so to provide more information if anyone is interested.

When I first got this back from the dealer with the reprogram, it came back and went away a few times over a 2 day period immediately following the reprogram. On the 3rd day after the reprogram it was gone for good and I haven't had any issues since. The reprogram definitely worked but it took a few days to relearn all the shift points. Now I have zero issues in 2wd or 4A.
