I think there may be a menu option for this in the limited and platinum trims. I have an XLT so I had to enable it with Forscan.
I just bought an '18 Expy Limited last week and read about the Global Entry in the manual, also I noticed in the menu the option to turn window open/close on or off with the remote and I have those checked. It's kinda touchy. Closing them with the remote works every time but opening them...not so much. Also, the manual says Global is supposed to open all windows AND vent the sunroof (as well as close the sunroof) but my sunroof doesn't work with that, nor is there any option for that in the menu. Honestly, I'm not sure I even checked to see if it will close it, I'll have to check.

Thank you! Both of the options were checked in the dash so I just unchecked and rechecked and they are working now.

Glad I found this post, thanks @Yoop33 for giving us your solution. I've tried mine probably 15 times, read the manual, did everything and it wasn't working. With temps at 107 in southern CO today, I needed my windows down. How dumb though, clearly not something right with the software that we have to disable then re-enable the option to get it to work.

You can roll the windows up and down with the remote. I used to install this as a crazy expensive upgrade when I used to do car alarms. The manual also says you can do the moonroof (which I also used to do), but I haven't gotten that to work yet and I don't see an option in the instrument cluster.
You have to be quick with it. As soon as they start going down, you have to hit lock or or unlock to stop them, if you want them to stay cracked instead of wide open.
