I have Replaced the pig tail, replaced the blower resistor, it works great on all speeds but max air, it shuts off 2 seconds when on max air, give it 5 seconds and it comes back on. If I back it down 1 speed from max it runs no issue. Could it be the blower motor?
The old resistor had 1 connector melted.
What should I do now?
Ford Replaced the factory blower out about 4 years ago.

Did you replace the pig tail referenced in this TSB with a Motorcraft part: https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2019/MC-10163573-0001.pdf

Was the resistor assembly replaced with a Motorcraft part?

If so, I would suspect the blower motor. Others on this forum have stated it is a tight-squeeze to replace, but it is doable. If replacing, I would use an OEM Motorcraft part.
