Hello all, searched on the internet with all my (limited) expertise and am exhausted now.

The USB port (with Line-In connector) under the arm rest of my Ford Expedition 2014 is damaged and need to be replaced. Unable to find the part number, any help will be greatly appreciated.

You will probably have better luck if you post this in the 3rd gen. portion of the forum.

Is this not 3rd gen portion of the forum? At least that is what the heading says. Can you please post a link of the portion you are suggesting. Thanks.

Why yes, yes it is Toby.
Don't worry about the 4th gener's, their trucks do so much for them it makes them stupid.

Looks like i'm the first one who managed to damage the USB port. Can't find the part/part number anywhere.

I think this might be what you are looking for, it does have the USB connector at one end and is identified as a Sync Cable, although it does not specifically say USB. You will need to call Tasca parts to confirm this is what you need before purchasing. Is is also interesting that in the exploded diagram of the center console, neither the USB nor audio cables are shown, yet certainly should be as they are part of the center console. Good Luck.

Thank you for this Glenn. I will call them and confirm by giving them the VIN number. Hope this works for me.

No, that's not it. It is the female USB-B port into which you can plug a phone charger cable or audio device. It has a mounting hole in the console. Mine also failed, no longer provides power or allows input from external devices. It just stopped working.
