I finally joined the club and did the Cyanlabs upgrade from 3.0 to 3.4 (22110).
So far everything seems to be good except the Dual button on the climate control screen is backwards from the physical button. The APIM now says enabled when it's disabled and vice versa. Has anyone else had this issue with 3.4?

Has the function changed? When in "Dual" mode, left and right are independent.

Need pics or a video. Have you rebooted(Press and Hold Power and next Track) the system?

Yes I have rebooted
When both sides are the same temp and the dual hard button is not illuminated the dual button on screen is selected

When I change the temp on one side the dual hard button lights up and the on screen button grays out. When the button is grayed out pressing it does not make it toggle.

The hard button continues to function as expected.
I also just noticed that the rear control lock button toggle is backwards too

That is not one of the known bugs of 22110 that I have seen. Last time this scenario(similar) happened, I changed a setting in the APIM using FORSCAN. Let the system boot, then 2 finger rebooted it again. Made the setting back, and it fixed the out of sync issues.

It was the onscreen heated/cooled seat display, and in a Mustang I believe for a friend. The buttons and onscreen were out of sync. The programming change caused the APIM to get back in sync.

Worth a try.

Can't tell if it's changed as I rarely use that screen to control the HVAC on my '17 other than to confirm the rear controls are working and directed to the control back there. The screen is too confusing and too much attention required to use unless parked.

I use use the old school knobs and buttons on the dash board for the front system and reach around the console and work the rear. Easy peasy and all done by braille. In the absence of rear seat passengers or pups my settings are typically Max or Off -- even easier settings.

No luck. I tried changing a few settings (NA/Eur, CGEA 1.2/1.3/C1MCA, etc.) with a 2 finger reboot after each change and none of them fixed the issue.
I did find similar reports on Flex/Explorer. I'm a little surprised nobody on here has experienced the same thing, but it sounds like 3.4 dropped complete support for some of the older vehicles architectures

The rear climate is an interesting one. It looks like the button changed from "Rear Control" to "Rear Lock" so my guess is that it is still toggling the same way it used to but the message is effectively opposite.

I don't think I've ever actually used the on screen dual button. Like Chuck I mostly use the physical knobs and buttons, but I do use the on screen controls for the rear.

I am actually having the same issue as you with the DUAL and REAR control options being reversed as opposed to what the physical hard buttons are showing. ALTHOUGH I do not believe my on screen dual buttons "locks" - I believe it works properly just in the reverse of the physical dual button.

I'm experiencing the same thing. I am not sure if my "dual" button locks (grays out), but I don't believe it does.

Hello,

I am having the same issue.
I found a link that possibly may fix the issue but idk if it’s for the expedition or another ford car.
