I activated my card only for it to be denied everywhere and when called the cust service number I get a passive aggressive sounding recording telling me that a NEW card was sent to me and I should go get THAT one...how embarrassing.
We had trouble using ours too. We wanted to apply the full $500 to a purchase (new high end ceiling fan) and when we swiped the card it was denied twice. Then the salesperson manually entered the card number. Asked for the zip code associated with it and it went through.

Im wondering if there is some fine print tied to the use of these cards that prevents you guys and gals from either individually suing or joining a class action suit against Ford over this?

I haven’t been able to activate mine . When I call the number to activate and press 2 to the activation prompt it keeps saying invalid entry.
