I was at the dealer and asked and was told parts weren't available. That was 3 weeks ago. When did you have the recall done?I had the fire and wipes completed at the same time, so parts are available.

Also told the same thing, for this and the wipers. We have an appointment for September 9 just to have it "inspected and disconnected". Ours doesn't have heavy tow so I'm thinking the service writer is just a bit confused.
