happened to me just this week on my 2017 Limited...new muffler, covered by extended warranty. Ford Service guys were blown away...they gathered to see the long hairs. I was blown away that nobody had seen this before...the problem is easily seen on the internet ... Google has lots of examples.
Naturally they needed to "order the parts" and that will require another trip to the dealer...3rd time in a month !
