Oh man that's terrible. Are they offering any other solution?
They started with just deal with it…too bad… have been escalating with Ford Customer Service. They have offered $60/day for a rental but that doesn’t even get me close to cost for a 7 or 8 passenger vehicle. Would be another $100 a day out of pocket with no end in sightOh man that's terrible. Have tried all the fixes above. Local dealer diagnosed in 15min and has ordered a new CPU. Back ordered… No delivery date available. Ford Customer Service said it could be a year!!!! Cabin AC is stuck on full. Vehicle is virtually undrivable as we get into cooler weather.

It has been by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had… I’ve got 4 kids in car seats and we now don’t have a vehicle that can accommodate us. It has been a nightmare.Say what?!?!?!?!?!?!? They offered no other solution than "oh well, just wait!"? This is crazy.
They never told me if there was any codes, I will inquire with the dealership on Monday and see if I can get the code.What is the code? If its a specific code, there is a TSB to replace the APIM.
