Hey guys how's it going. So I bought this 03 ford expedition Eddie Bauer a few months ago. It was having a long crank issue when starting after it was hot. I replaced the starter, alternator, battery, spark plugs. The issue kept happening. Cold starts it would start up on the first crank and after it being hot it would have long cranks before it would start. I then believed it was the fuel pump giving out. Well this Sunday after picking up my friend I was on the road parked with truck on. He closes the trunk door and my truck stalled. It would just crank and crank and crank but no start. I had it towed to my house on Monday where I would replace the fuel pump. Bought a new fuel pump from autozone life time warranty for 450. Replaced it yesterday and the same issue occurred. It just cranks but no start. I then tried to diagnose what's going on and I'm not hearing the fuel pump turn on when I turn the key. I then checked for codes and I got code P0232 "Fuel Pump secondary circuit high". Now I have came down to believing it is the fuel pump fuse, PCM, or a wiring issue. Has anyone had the same issue and knows what the problem was and how you fixed it. Thank you very much.

Most likely the fuel pump micro relay in the fusebox circuit board is fried. If it's the original fusebox I can almost guarantee you it's your culprit. Pull out the top right relay in the fusebox and check for melted plastic on the relay and around the socket that it plugs into. You can try swapping that relay with one of the ones next to it and see if that gets you anything. But in the end you'll end up replacing the fusebox with a new one.

So open up the fuse box on the passenger side and you said it's the top right one. Do you know what number is on the fuse. Thank you
